These terms apply to Lylte Words, provided by Mineo Lab. By using the app, you agree to these terms. The app is intended for users aged 16 and over. Obtain parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

Free Trial and Purchase

The app is free to download. Learning features are free for 14 days from first launch. After that, continued learning requires a one-time in-app purchase. The trial does not automatically charge you, and there is no subscription. iCloud sync is available after purchase.

The price is shown in the App Store purchase screen before confirmation. You can restore previous purchases in Settings. Apple handles payments and refund requests under its applicable terms.

Use and Licenses

You may use the app on devices you own or control in accordance with the applicable App Store license terms. Do not use the app unlawfully or infringe others' rights.

Rights in the app belong to Mineo Lab or the respective rights holders. Third-party software and data remain subject to the licenses listed in the app. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.

Learning Materials and Availability

Learning materials and synthetic audio may contain errors. We do not guarantee a particular learning outcome. Audio downloads and iCloud sync require an internet connection, and your network provider may charge for data use.

Features and availability may change with updates or changes to external services. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by these terms.
