This policy explains how Mineo Lab handles information in connection with Lylte Words.

Information We Handle

Your learning records and settings are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync after purchase, your learning records are also stored in your personal iCloud account. Mineo Lab does not have access to those iCloud records.

The app does not use advertising tracking or usage analytics, and does not send your learning records to AI services. When audio is downloaded, delivery providers process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the files.

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry.

External Services

Purchases and optional iCloud sync are handled by Apple. Audio delivery uses Cloudflare. The external contact form is provided by Google. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies and may process it outside your country.

Storage and Deletion

Local learning records remain until you delete them or remove the app and its local data. You can disable iCloud sync and delete cloud learning records in the app's settings. Removing the app does not itself delete iCloud records.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to Mineo Lab, contact us below. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
